In order to get the group rate, you must identify yourself with the “2017 NASBO Introduction Seminar” Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate.

Hotel Parking
A special group discount is available for overnight self parking at $29 per night and hourly parking is also available for $9 per hour. Taxes additional.

Internet Access
Complimentary internet access is available in each guest room for Marriott Rewards Members. Membership is complimentary, sign up for an account before arrival.

Hotel Fitness Center/Pool
The fitness center is open 24 hours a day with a key card access. A small heated indoor pool is also available. Guests have access to complimentary bikes during their stay and the hotel is conveniently located near the Mt. Vernon bike trail.

Transportation

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Approximately 1 miles from hotel

*Complimentary transportation between the Renaissance hotel and Reagan National Airport. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes.  

From the airport: first departure is 5:05 AM; last departure is midnight. The shuttle, which is a large white van, will say "Renaissance & Residence Inn Capital View and Courtyard Crystal City." Stops at Reagan National Airport (DCA) at Baggage Claim for Terminal A, Terminal B - Door 5 and Terminal C - Door 9.

From the hotel: the shuttle runs from 5am-6am every 30 minutes and then 6am-11:40pm, every 20 minutes on the hour, 0:20 and 0:40.

METRO SERVICE: under $3 - Take metro's blue or yellow line to Crystal City station (23rd Street). Hotel shuttle picks up every 20 minutes from this metro station or it is a 0.8 mile walk from the metro to the hotel. 

TAXI: approximately $8 one-way

Approximately 35 miles to hotel. Transportation can take over an hour in traffic; 45-60 min.
